How it actually works
Do points expire?
They sit dormant after eighteen months without an order, and we email you twice before that happens. Order anything and the clock resets.
Can I use points on delivery orders?
Yes, on anything ordered directly through this site — delivery, collection or eating in. Points do not collect on orders placed through Deliveroo or Uber Eats, because we do not see who you are.
Does catering count?
Catering bookings earn points at the standard rate and count towards your tier, which is how most people reach Owambe. Points cannot be redeemed against a catering invoice.
What do you do with my email?
We email about twice a month — supper club dates, a seasonal menu change, occasionally an offer. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone. Unsubscribe whenever and your points are unaffected.
Can I give points to someone else?
Not directly, but gift vouchers do the same job and can be sent by email instantly.
